Vivian Constance Smith Pearson "Connie"

Vivian Constance Smith Pearson, “Connie”, was born October 3, 1961 and passed away on Sunday, March 26. She is preceded by her mom, Marie Cox Benson, her dad Robert (Bob) Wayne Smith and bonus dad Rupert Dee Benson, daughter of her heart Kayla Brantley, brother Troy Benson and nephew Dakota Benson.

Connie is survived by her brother Dennis (Sherry) Smith, Vickie (Don) Bennett, Ken (Juli)Williamson, Ted (Michelle) Benson, son in love Trey Thornton and family; grandloves Chris Brantley, Destiny Thornton and Tyler Thornton  and great grandloves  Khalani and Kamari.

What a laugh she had, I hope everyone hears it in their minds as clearly as I do. No matter what was happening she always had a laugh to share. A big laugh. Even if she had nothing else to share she always had a laugh on hand and a song in her heart.

Especially for all the kids. Her grandkids, great grandkids, nieces, nephews, friends – everyone had a hug, a smile and a laugh on stand by. Or an argument – she absolutely could NOT pass up a chance to argue with her brother. It was hilarious and I can hear the giggle when she would get him wound up, clear as day. All our lives will be a little duller without her around. Still we have to keep laughing, keep enjoying a good argument and keep loving each other - - like she did.
