Rhonda Adell Harris

Rhonda Adell Harris, 61, of Bossier City, Louisiana, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 10, 2026.

She was born, February 25, 1965, in Walla Walla, Washington to the late Judith Ann Stovall Blood and the late Emmett Alonzo (Lonnie) Blood.

Although Rhonda made her final home in Bossier City, Louisiana, she had the privilege to travel and lived in several places throughout her life, including Florida, California, Arkansas and Korea, where she spent several years. 

Rhonda is survived by her son, Billy Owens of Newport, Arkansas; her sisters, Barbara Sullivan of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, Karen Easley and her husband Tony, of Post Falls, Idaho, and Sandi Fielding and her husband Greg, of Benton, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Martin Owens and his fiancée, Natalie of North Little Rock, Arkansas and Daisa Owens of Little Rock, Arkansas; her great-granddaughter, Seraphina Owens; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. 

Rhonda had a kind heart and a contagious laugh that will be remembered by all who loved her, she will be greatly missed.
