Raymond Meredith

Raymond N. Meredith was born March 7, 1940 in Kettle Island, KY to James William and Rose Bell Black Meredith, and passed away on Monday August 17. He served in the US Army in Vietnam as a radio operator.

In December of 1978, Raymond was married to Mary Gough in Shreveport, LA. and was step-father to two, step-grandfather to 6 children, and step-great-grandfather to 9 others.

Raymond is survived by his wife, Mary Meredith; one brother, Frank Meredith and wife, Janice of Cleveland OH; two step-children, Sandy Clark of Waskom TX, and Curt Gough of Pleasant Hill MO; numerous step-children, step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Bob and Jim, and three sisters, Opal, Jean and Mildred, also one half-brother Wade.

There will be a private, graveside service for family.
