Shreveport--Norman Butler Godfrey, Jr. died March 9, 2005 at Live Oak Retirement Center after a courageous battle with Parkinson's. He was preceded in death by his parents Dr. Norman and Christina Godfrey as well as two sisters, Louise Patton and Sarah Englehart.
