Michael Wade Halverson

Michael Wade Halverson, 50, of Bossier City, Louisiana, lost his battle with cancer and passed away in the early morning hours of June 4, 2024.
 
Wade was born on March 10, 1974 in Denver, Colorado but was a lifelong resident of Bossier City. Wade was born to Kelly Anderson Cobb and Stephen Halverson. Wade was married to Samantha Edmiston at the time of his death. Wade had three children, Tony Halverson, Colby Halverson and Ruby Halverson and took great pride in his role as their father.
 
Wade worked in road construction the majority of his life and was very passionate about his work throughout his career.
 
Wade is survived by his spouse, Samantha Edmiston, his three children, Tony, Colby and Ruby and his mother, Kelly Cobb along with a large family of aunts, uncles and cousins that he cared for deeply.
 
Wade is preceded in death by his father, Stephen Halverson.
 
The funeral services will be held on June 11, 2024 at 4 pm at Boone Funeral Home of Bossier City. Melaine Wall will be officiating the service.
