Shreveport-Merton Mestler passed away December 15, 2018 with his family by his side. A service to celebrate his life will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 18, 2018 at Boone Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Larry Williams of Broadmoor Baptist Church.
Preceding Mert in death are his parents, Ervin and Minnie Mestler; four brothers and three sisters; and grandson, Zachary. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Dora Mestler; daughter, Mindi Craig; granddaughter, Jaycee Craig; and his furry family Princess and Baby Girl.
Honoring Mert as Honorary Pallbearers are the Jack Gulledge Sunday School Class and crew of American Coins
