Loretta Sell

Loretta Lavonne Sell, age 83, of Bossier City, LA, passed away on July 6, 2024. the funeral service will be held at 2 P.M. on July 20th at  Boone Funeral Home on Airline Drive in Bossier City.  Burial will follow at a later date in Provencal, LA.  

Lavonne was born in Provencal on April 20, 1941, and was married to John Sell on January 31, 1958.  They celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary this year

Lavon is survived by her husband John Sell, her children, Jeff Sell and Robin Bradbeer, and her grandchildren, James Sell and Jessica Boudreaux.  

Lavon is preceded in death by her siblings, Bobby Dennis, Dorothy Hauser, Linda Ebarb, Tommy Michwich,  and baby sister Wilma Michwich, and her parents Mattie and Winford Michwich.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Lavon's favorite charities; St. Judes Children Hospital or Shreveport Rescue Mission.
