Kathleen Marie Gilliam(Shank)

Lovingly known as Kathy, was born on June 8, 1944, in St. Cloud, Minnesota, to John and Agnes Shank, who preceded her in death.
Kathy was the proud owner of Funtastic Baskets and Gifts, where she became well known for her famous “Over the Hill” gift baskets. Her wonderful sense of humor made them truly unforgettable, especially when the Grim Reaper showed up to deliver them. She had a special gift for bringing laughter and joy to others.
After selling her business, Kathy joined Brookshire Grocery Company where she worked as a wine manager and gift basket designer. Even after retirement, she remained strong, determined, and full of life. Kathy was a caring, loving, and compassionate woman who touched the lives of countless family members and friends throughout the years. No matter what challenges she faced, she met them with courage, grace, and an unwavering spirit. Her strength, kindness, and humor left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
She leaves behind a lifetime of cherished memories and will be deeply missed by all who loved her. Kathy is survived by: her brother and family, Jack and Mary Lou and nephews John and Sean. Her daughters and family, Tamara and Robert, Jennifer and Dolly. Her beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and their families: Cody, Brynne, and Rhett. Chelsea, Joshua, Kolton, Ryley, and Rowdy. Rafael, Bella, Kaiden, Karson, and Kius. Courtney, Eric, Hayden, Easton, and Walker. Alex, Kim, and Hunter. Jessica, Ryan, Mason, and Luca.
She is also survived by her sister from another mother and best friend of 59 years, Betty, whose friendship was one of the greatest blessings of her life. She also leaves behind her beloved Goddaughter\Godson: Kathy and John Anthony.
Though Kathy’s journey on earth has come to an end, the laughter she shared, the love she gave, and the memories she created will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. Her legacy of strength, compassion, and humor will never be forgotten ❤️
