John Michael Jones

John (Mike) (JJ) Jones passed away peacefully at 64 in Shreveport LA on May 7, 2023.  JJ was born in  Indianapolis IN on June 10, 1958 to James and Grace Jones.  He was a truck driver for 28 years.  JJ enjoyed riding his Harley and working on antique cars.  He was a good father, brother, and friend to all.  He married Barbara Jones in 1982 and had two children, John Jr. and Candice.  Later he married Holly Jones in 2015.

He is survived by his wife Holly, Barbara, and children John Jr (Tara), Candice (Clint). sister Sue (Jim), brother Jimbo (Stephanie), grandchildren  John lll, Kayla, Drake, Carson, Dakota, Collin, and Grace, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents James and Grace Jones, brothers Casey and Luke, and sister Penny.
