James was originally from Detroit, Michigan and passed away January 27, in Bossier City, Louisiana.
He is predeceased by his father John Edward Newman, his grandmother Opal "Christine" Felton and his grandson Dylon Jacob Robinson.
He is survived by daughters Marianne (Lance) Robinson, Jaymie (James) Peak and grandchildren Charlotte, Landen, Layn, Tuesday, Myla, Masen and Hadley.
