Jack Lewis Campbell, 76, passed away on January 13, 2023 at his home surrounded by his
loved ones after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. He was born in Washington Court House, Ohio
on December 25, 1946 to Warren Lewis Campbell and Whilla Knisley Campbell.
He served in the United States Army, and retired from Lucent Technologies as a Tool and Die
Maker after 33 years. He was a man of Faith and a member of St. Jude Catholic Church.
He will be remembered for his love of Hunting, Gardening, Country Western Dancing, his
extension Coca Cola Collection, spending time with family but most importantly his love for his

Jack is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Edra, Brothers; Mike Campbell and wife Tee;
Gary Campbell and wife Linda; Children; Rhonda Douglass, Chris Isom and wife Tricia, Brandee
Stigall and husband Chuck; Grandchildren; Jay Douglass and Brittany, Jessica DeWolf and
husband Jeremy, Jordan Fulco and husband Tucker; Kagan Isom, Gee Isom, Jade Isom, Jozey
Isom, Taylor Covell and husband Tyler, Brooke Morris and husband Trey; Great Grandchildren;
Jaylee DeWolf, Jon Covell, Eleanor Covell, Arden Kate Morris and a long list of Beloved in-laws,
Nieces, Nephews, and Friends.

Hospice and Father Bosco for their tender loving care during his journey.
