Mrs. Gay Lee, loving known as Candy, age 51 of Bossier City, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, leaving a lasting impression as a truly loving soul on everyone who knew her. Candy never met a stranger and cherished the many friendships she made throughout her life. Her caring spirit and devotion to God were evident in the way she treated others each and every day.
Of all the roles she carried in life, the one she treasured most was being the loving wife and best friend of her husband, David Lee. Their marriage was built on a deep friendship and a love that only grew stronger through the years. They shared not only a home, but a true partnership in every sense of the word. Whether spending quiet moments together, laughing through life’s ups and downs, or simply enjoying each other’s company, Candy and David were inseparable. To know Candy was to know how deeply she loved her husband, and to know David was to see how he adored her in return.
Left to cherish her memory; husband, David Lee; niece, Raven; great-niece, Delilah; brother, Corey Hall; mother-in-law, Bethel Lee; uncle, Lloyd Elliot; and best friend, Kristen Gorman. She also leaves behind many dear friends and loved ones whose lives were blessed by knowing her.
