Doloris Ann McNutt

Doloris Ann McNutt, 74, passed peacefully in her home June 12, 2025 surrounded by her family.

Ann was born in Shreveport, Louisiana to Katherine and Lawrence McNutt. When she was in her teens she moved to Arkansas, but realized that Shreveport was her home and came back. Her first occupation was working at the AT&T plant. After leaving AT&T, she started a seven-year career with the Bossier City Police Department. Here she met people that led to a career in at Boomtown Security, for twenty plus years. When she was not working, her favorite hobbies were tending to her garden and her fur babies. Most important to her though were her grandchildren.

Preceding Ann in death were her parents. Left to cherish many precious memories are son, Christopher McNutt and wife Sydney; grandchildren, Jadde McNutt, Benjamin McNutt, Lily McNutt, and Phoebe McNutt; and many other family members and friends.

Ann lived life on her own terms. She was small in statue but quick with a smile and spicy comeback. Everyone that knew Ann loved her. She will be greatly missed.
