Coralee Gayle Benson

Coralee Gayle Brandies Benson was born on July 18, 1939, in Racine, Wisconsin to Gilbert and Bonita (Boss) Brandies.  Coralee was one of twenty-three children. Coralee went to live with her Lord on March 4, 2023.

A Celebration of Coralee's Life will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at Boone Funeral Home.  Officiating will be Monsignor Earl Provenza.

Coralee married Wayne Benson on July 3, 1977 in Ft. Worth, Texas.  They shared forty-four happy years together. Wayne's Air Force took them to Europe for 25 years, where Coralee was a tour guide.  She took pilgrims on seventeen different occasions to Medjugorje in Bosnia, Herzegovina.  

Coralee is survived by husband, Wayne Benson; daughter, Athena Pledger and husband Tan; stepson, Timothy Benson and wife Bili; four grandchildren, Canaan and Cerena Benson, Malachi and Amirah Pledger; sister-in-law, Susan Kruse and husband Gordon; brother-in-law, Will Benson and wife Donna; and numerous nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.

Coralee was a blessing from God and now she is home.
