Chad Driskell

A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, February 4, 2023, at Airline Church of Christ, 2125 Airline Drive, Bossier City, LA.

Chad C. Driskell passed away on January 27, 2023.  He was preceded in death by parents, Orvill and Minnie Driskell; sons Tony and Travis Driskell; siblings Clyde Driskell, Marvin Driskell and Dwain Cook.

He is survived by Iris Cleon Perkins Driskell, his wife of 38 years; stepdaughter Kim Duke of Haughton, LA; sons Troy Driskell of Lebanon, MO, Darrell Cook of Las Vegas, NV, Lorn D. Driskell of Warner Robbins, GA; and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

He was a 32 degree Mason and a member of Joppa No. 362 Lodge in Shreveport.  He loved working for the Shriner’s Hospital children.  He served his country in the Vietnam War.  He also loved spending time in his shop making chairs and repairing things.  He retired as a salesman with Glazer Wholesale Drug Co. in Houston, TX.
