CSM(E-9)U.S. Army (Retired) Bossier City--Carl was born December 20, 1921, to Luther Ambers and Mary Frances Manning at Belton, Arkansas. He went to join the Lord on Sept. 17, 2004. A memorial service will be held Sunday, Sept. 19, 2004 at 2:00pm at Airline Baptist Church with Bro. Billy Pierce officiating.
