Bruce Wayne Young

Bruce Wayne Young was born in Shreveport to proud parents Bobby and Lucille Young.  Sadly Bruce gained his wings on January 16, 2023 with the love his family.  

Bruce was an avid LSU football fan.  He never missed a Tiger game.  In his spare time he loved to cook and spending time with his friends.  His Saturday lunch group will miss him greatly.

Bruce is survived by daughter, Lauren Young; granddaughter, Kylie Thedford; mother, Lucille Young; sister, Susan Young, brother, Bobby Young; his loving dog, Maggie; and many other family members and friends.

Bruce was a loving father and grandfather.  Lauren and Kylie was his life.  He will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.
