Betty Ann McKinney was born December 11, 1944 in Marion, Louisiana to John and Annie Smith. She was the last of six children. She departed this earthly world on August 1, 2026. Family and Friends visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on August 6, 2026. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. The graveside service will be held Monday August 10. 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery 7970 Mike Clark Rd. Keithville, LA 71047.

Betty graduated from Farmerville High School in Farmerville, LA. She had many occupations over the years, the last one being a bus driver for the Bossier Parish School Board. Betty accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Saviour and was baptized in 2015. She was a widow to Ivan McKinney, a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great Great Grandmother. Betty’s hobbies included bowling, Bingo, and doing puzzles and coloring pictures on her tablet. She loved watching the Bold and Beautiful soap opera and Jeopardy.

Betty is survived by her children: son Mark Morrow (wife Teresa) of Dubach, LA, daughter Tammy Morrow of Bossier City, LA., daughter Theresa Williams (husband Elbert) of Bossier City, LA., son Robin McKinney of Shreveport, LA., son Brian McKinney (wife Kim) of Farmersville, TX., daughter Diana Bernard of Haughton LA., daughter Bridgette Davis (husband Jim) of Elm Grove, LA., twenty-one grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, brother-in-law Roger McKinney (wife Patricia) of Evansville Indiana, and many many more loving family members. She had two of the bestest friends Mavis Winfree and Nancy Armstrong.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents John and Annie Smith, two brothers Richard and Harvey Smith, three sisters Frances Whitner, Dorothy Glenn, and Bernice Reeves, one son Stanley Morrow, two grandsons Robert Warrick and Shaun Bernard, one granddaughter Kimberly McKinney and one great grandson Quinton McKinney, one son-in-law Michael Bernard, one sister-in-law Jean Smith, four brother-in-laws Charlie Whitner, Loy Glenn, Delma Reeves, and Sam McKinney.

Active Pallbearers are Travis Morrow, Brandon Bernard, Bradley Warrick, Hayden Warrick, Scott Davis, and Jason Bernard. Honorary Pallbearers are Elbert Williams, Phillip Warrick, and Jesse Warner.

The Morrow and McKinney family would like to Thank you all for your words of comfort, calls, prayers, and cards during our time of sorrow.
