Betty McCawley

Bossier City, LA- A memorial service for Betty J. McCawley, age 73, will be held at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, February 2, 2008 at the Boone Funeral Home Chapel in Bossier City, LA. Officiating will be Father Thomas, Chaplin for Christus Schumpert Health System. A gathering for family and friends will be at 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Mrs. McCawley passed away January 25, 2008, at Willis Knighton Bossier after a lengthy illness. She was lifelong resident of Shreveport born April 10, 1934. Mrs. McCawley was preceded in death by her husband James McCawley, one daughter; Terry Lynn McCawley, two brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her son: James W. McCawley, grandson; James D. McCawley, one brother; Willie McMichael, many nieces, nephews and cherished friends. She's finally "gowned up" and home at last!
