Mrs. Boehlke is survived by her husband, Melvin Boehlke; daughters, Candace Nancy Kaspar and Kristen Irene Lamsfuss; sons, Keith William Boehlke and Craig Richard Boehlke; 4 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
