Donna G. Owers

Donna Owers was born October 9, 1956 in Dallas, Texas and passed from a sudden illness April 14, 2017 in Bossier City, LA. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She also loved rescuing homeless animals and had many friends of her children who were treated like they were her own. She is preceded in death by her mother, Kathleen Hightower; father, James Hightower; and grandparents, Ed and ID Knight. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law- Paige and Luke Cooper, and her son and daughter-in-law Cory and Lisa Hale; grandkids, Kane, Keona, Alexis, and Sophia; great-grandson, Zayden; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Her services will be Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Boone Funeral Home for anyone wanting to attend or send flowers. We greatly appreciate prayers and calls. She will be greatly missed.
